Former President Trump's hush money sentencing is being postponed until September. Trump's lawyers had asked the judge in the case for the delay after the Supreme Court issued a ruling about presidential immunity yesterday. The court ruled Trump has partial immunity from prosecution. Manhattan District Attorney DA Alvin Bragg said earlier today he was open to the delay.        Biden campaign officials are trying to reassure top donors after the fallout over President Biden's debate performance. The campaign held a Zoom call with megadonors Monday, where DNC Finance Director Kris Korge said "everyone needs to breathe through the nose and take a deep breath." He acknowledged Biden's debate performance was disappointing, but he also reminded them Democrats chose Biden as the party nominee during the primary process.        Rudy Giuliani can no longer practice law in New York. A state appeals court disbarred the former Republican mayor today in a ruling that noted Giuliani repeatedly and intentionally lied about former President Trump's loss during the 2020 election. The court said Giuliani "flagrantly misused" his position as Trump's attorney to do so. Giuliani was previously suspended from practicing law in Washington DC.        Dozens of people are injured after a plane encountered severe turbulence over the Atlantic Ocean, sending one passenger flying into an overhead bin. The Air Europa flight from Spain to Uruguay was forced to make an emergency landing in Brazil on Monday. The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, which was carrying more than 300 passengers, landed safely in Brazil.        Bars and restaurants can now air NFL "Sunday Ticket" games without a satellite dish. This comes after the joint venture between the league and a private equity firm called EverPass Media bought UPshow. That's a platform with the tech capabilities to allow commercial establishments to stream live sports without a DirecTV subscription.        The first trailer is being released for the action-comedy "Jackpot!" The film takes place in 2030 Los Angeles, where a grand lottery has been created in California. It follows an aspiring actress that gets a winning ticket but the lottery's catch is that other people can kill her before the day ends to claim the multi-billion dollar prize. The cast includes Awkwafina, John Cena, Simu Liu and Machine Gun Kelly. "Jackpot!" hits Prime Video on August 15th.
